Let’s groove with world music and dance!
Making dance fitness beginner-friendly and accessible to everyone, Zumba® Gold is a low impact, gentler and easier form of Zumba Fitness. It’s perfect for you if you have injuries, are not as mobile as you once were, are recovering from injury or pregnancy, or maybe just prefer a lighter class taught at a slower pace. But don’t worry, we still build up a sweat.

Come on a tour of the globe. You'll learn the basics of many dance styles such as Salsa, Bollywood, Merengue, Flamenco, Cha-cha, West African, Afro-Caribbean and more. But it’s not about mastering the technique: we focus on moving in the way that’s fun, safe and the perfect workout for you personally. Everyone is different, and we embrace that! On the way, you’ll build your cardio fitness, co-ordination, range of motion, memory, balance and more. We sometimes add optional light hand weights to tone you up that extra bit more.

You don't need a dance background, and you don't need to be young, fit or thin (but it's also OK if you are). All you need is the desire to have fun dancing your way around the world! Each routine is introduced step-by-step at first, to make sure you understand it, then as the weeks go by we speed it up and add more routines.

LEVEL: Open to all

Pricing: As this class is streamed from the studio (which means there are occasional internet glitches), it is offered at the discounted rate of $105 for the 10 lessons. Recordings are available on demand.

Level: Open to all. Modifications are available for a range of fitness levels; you can even take the class sitting down and just focus on the upper body. We encourage safe dance: the motto is "shake it, don't break it". Be sure to advise us of any injuries or limitations, and your medical advice, when you book the class. If in doubt, contact us.
